Grown-ups read children's stories to schoolkids to demonstrate that reading is fun.
Nothing was more fun Wednesday for 27 Pembroke Pines civic, government and business leaders than spending one hour reading and laughing like kids for kids.
One by one they turned off cellphones and ditched meetings for the city's Charter Elementary School FSU Campus, where each read aloud to children during the school's Community Reading Day.
